1. I loved this class overall i think it is really important for us to know to choose the right things in life and computer skills.

2. I did not dislike anything about this class because this was a really good class everyone should need.

3. I really don't know how this class can become better because it is already good class how it is to me. 

4. A Highlight i had from this class was the keyboard skills at first i had no idea of the proper way to type and now i am way better at typing.

5.Yes i tried my best because i really enjoyed this class a lot and i learned the consequences of choosing the wrong things in life.
6.Yes i am reading my life planning journal and i will continue writing more goals on it because it will help me a lot in my future and help me organize everything.

7. I am actually more committed to being a CTR person everyday because i already know that choosing the wrong thing will always be wrong and choosing the right will help my future and my life in many good ways.

8. I learned a lot of stuff from this class that i will take with me as im growing up and give advice to my friend's and family because we can make a better world by having more people choose the right.

Choosing the right and being a ctr person is really important to me i came to high school without having motivation to choose the right ever since i came to high school i learned a lot of things i would have never learned much  if it was not for Mr. Haymore Mr. Haymore is one of those teachers that should be recognized for being a good educator and helping a lot of teenagers choose the right.  Mr. Haymore motivates us a lot and i really appreciate him for being a teacher and helping us choose the right path in life and make goals for our future because how he told us the right things will always be right and wrong things will always be wrong. This is really important because in our future this will be needed for our lives if we continue to do what is right then we won't have to worry about any bad consequences.

Challenges Teens Deal With

1. There are a lot of challenges teens deal with now in days. For example, teens might have to deal with cyber bullying eating disorders smoking drinking alcohol and even  Dealing with Suicidal Thoughts and Feelings.
2. Me as a teen i dealt with a lot like i just think about it myself and think in my head wow i'm only 15 and i'm already stressing like i’m 30. But either way i know i can’t just escape my problems like school i get stress over homework projects sometimes i get to the point where i feel like dropping out obviously i don’t like thinking that but that’s how i feel and of course i’m not dropping out either.
3. Being a ctr person can help me overcome all the challenges me and a lot of other teens face in the world because if you decide not to smoke or drink alcohol your choosing the right for your health and preventing all the bad stuffs to happen to you.  
4. I can help other teens overcome this situations like this by letting them know that as long as you choose the right and do the right thing in life it will pay of and good will happen but if you choose the wrong then bad things will happen.

i n my opinion i think that this is actually a really good quote and yes i agree with it because imagine being known by others by a cheater that doesn't really look good on you and is not the right thing to do. But being known as someone with honor and that tries their best at things is way more better. So just keep trying and you should never cheat because cheating is not a good thing to do and it is not choosing the right but in the other hand being known with honor is something really good and something to be proud of because you tried but never did the wrong thing to cheat.

Trauma

Trauma- A deeply distressing or disturbing experience

Trauma can be caused by an accident, injury, natural disaster, or violent attack even battling a illness. In Addition to what i mentioned the death of someone close it can even be the breakup of a significant relationship getting Rape or  Childhood neglect can cause this.

Anyone can be involved and have trauma if you suffered or witness a terrifying event.

There are many different kind of ways you can deal with this you can get help and get therapy for example if you get therapy you will get to tell them all about your feelings and all the different kind of situations that remind you of that trauma you have. Also, you can even get medication to help control your depression or anxiety. This does does not mean it is being cured but it only means that it will help control the situation not completely cure it.

Reflection:  This event issue does not only have to relate to me but it can also relate to everyone else around the world. If you ever witness or go through a terrifying event you could end up truma. But there is help and a lot of resources that can end up helping you or your loved once if they go through situations like this.
